Welcome to AHAVAUS.com, the online home for AHAVA in North America. We accept orders for delivery in the United States and Canada and carry the complete AHAVA line of skincare and cosmetic products including Face, Body, Makeup, Suncare and Men.

While you shop, read about AHAVA’s unique story and origins in the Dead Sea region.     P.O. Box Orders cannot be accepted.

    Sales Tax will be applied to any shipments to New York and Rhode Island where AHAVA NA LLC offices are located. This will automatically be added to your invoice from AHAVA NA LLC.

    AHAVAUS.com only accepts and processes orders shipping to the US and Canada.

    Shipping and Delivery Times

    Orders are typcially processed and shipped within 48 from the time they are placed. Please be aware that our warehouse is open Monday-Friday. Orders received after 1:00pm on Friday or on a weekend will ship the following week.

    FedEx Ground shipments generally require 3-7 business days of transit time and can be delivered by FedEx on Saturdays.
    Every attempt will be made to ship FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Overnight orders received before 1:00pm EST Monday-Friday on the same day they are placed. Orders received after 1:00pm EST will ship the following business day.

    Please note that FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight orders cannot be delivered on Saturdays. For example, this means that a FedEx 2nd Day order placed on a Thursday night or Friday morning will be delivered the following Tuesday.

    Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when you place your order.

    Canada

    Orders being delivered to Canada ship FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 8 – 14 days. The cost for Canadian shipments is $25.00 regardless of order total.

  • Returns

    AHAVAUS.com offers a no-risk, 60-day money-back guarantee. Simply return any container with fifty percent or more of the product remaining for a full refund. Send the product along with your full contact information and order number to the following address.

    We will refund your credit card minus shipping and handling charges, if any. Returns typically require 10 business days for processing once received by our warehouse. Costs to return items to AHAVA are the responsibility of the customer.

    If you receive a damaged product, Contact Us immediately to notify us about the situation and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

    We are continually innovating and offering new products, but from time to time it is necessary to discontinue a product. We apologize if we have discontinued one of your favorites AHAVA products. Sometimes there are limited quantities of these products available for a short time after discontinuation and we encourage you to browse our Last Chance page to order them.

    The security of your order is very important to us. When you place an order, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology and government-approved encryption software, the most advanced consumer online security technique to date.   • Sales tax

    We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to New York and Rhode Island. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping/handling charges (as required). If you have questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to Contact Us.
